REED is recruiting for an administrative assistant to join a huge accountancy firm based in Liverpool city centre.
This is a permanent position, working from home and paying £17,9500 per annum
Key responsibilities are
Play a key role in delivering exceptional client service to our colleagues and clients Be exposed to all areas of the business and learn about the services provided by an accountancy firm Have access to a mentor and buddy to kick-start your career Update and maintain the firm's CRM, client on-boarding and finance systems Raise invoices Prepare standard client documents including Letters of Engagement Handle basic business travel requests ensuring all bookings are made within the firm's policy Process Title Deed requests Printing, scanning and organising couriers Ad hoc secretarial and administration requests
