A Local Authority based in Merseyside is looking for an Asset Building Surveyor to join their building programme team.
This is a full time, temporary position and the ideal candidate will have a HNC/HND in Building Surveying and considerable initiative, experience and design and management ability, aswell as extensive knowledge of planning and building regulations.

The purpose of the role: Asset Building Surveyor is to be responsible for a sector of the Council's building programme requiring considerable initiative, experience and project management ability. Responsible for specification, quality assurance, programme delivery, audit and procurement matters.

Responsible for undertaking investigations, inspections and surveys of Council properties and preparation of detailed condition surveys of individual buildings.
