A Local Authority based in Merseyside is looking for an assistant asset surveyor to join their team.
This is a full time, temporary position and the ideal candidate will have good Land acquisition/regeneration experience with experience in Local Authority environment, the candidate will have Good property knowledge for Asset Valuations in the local area.

The client is looking to move quickly with this role and as such are offering between £30-£35 p/hour Umbrella Ltd (approx. £720-£820 p/week NET after deductions) dependant on experience and qualifications.
