You will be tasked with gathering, reviewing, documenting and analysing business processes through engagement and collaboration with business stakeholders.
You will gather information regarding current decentralised business practices and processes within the enterprise, recommending and planning a solution to migrate all non-contentious tasks and activities into a centralised team in the Shared Service Centre (SSC).
You will be tasked with data collection on as-is state, determining in/out scope for tasks and recommend to-be process for the SSC. You create and manage training & resourcing plans and ensure communication is shared with all suitable stakeholders.
You will need to competent facilitating and leading meeting with business stakeholders. Gathering information, evaluating it and challenging requests if the scope is unclear.
