Our client is a large independent risk and injury management provider based in Liverpool city centre. They are looking to recruit a Case Manager and Coordinator to deliver administrative support to the medical and clinical team and ensure that excellent customer service is provided at all times. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service background ideally with experience managing workloads and communicating with a range of contacts.

Duties and Responsibilities:
