Job Title: CENTRE PRINCIPAL

Reporting to: AGMs & Head of Operations

Job Purpose:

The Centre Principal (CP) is responsible for the overall management of the centre and is ultimately accountable for performance in all areas including, but not limited to, people, operations, car count, profit, sales, and administrative duties.

The Centre Principal is also expected to spend time within service bays with their centre team, training, motivating & assisting when required. Similarly, in the absence of the required number of employees the CP may be required to perform any centre operation including MOT testing, Fast Fit repairs, or service crew duties. You will ensure that at all times the highest level of customer service is maintained both personally and from your team. You will be required to continually promote the N'n'OUT Autocentres Ltd ethos, offers and platinum card sales.
