Children's Deputy Manager - LD Service

Salary: £20,000 - £29,000 DOE

NonStop Care is looking for an experienced Deputy Manager to join a Children's Residential service in the Liverpool area.

They are a very well established service with several homes around Liverpool, the majority of which are rated Good or Outstanding by Ofsted. They are seeking an experienced manager who can maintain this commitment to quality.

Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for the day to day operations of a home for Children and Young People with moderate to severe learning disabilities, ensuring that the well being of the homes residents is safeguarded and their needs are met.

You will support the Registered Manager in the oversight of the home, and ensuring that the home meets all regulatory requirements, as well as deputising for the Registered Manager in their absence.
