My client, an excellent and forward-thinking Law firm situated in Liverpool are currently looking for an experienced Credit Hire Litigator to join their team.

As the successful Credit Hire Litigator, you will be responsible for a range of duties which include but are not limited to: Managing a Credit Hire caseloadReviewing quantumPAD ApplicationsDrafting court documents

To be suitable for this position, you will be able to demonstrate great experience handling your own caseload of Credit Hire/RTA files from inception to completion. It is important that you are also up to date on relevant case laws and have a sound working knowledge of the MOJ Portal Process and have strong Litigation skills.
