The Role Director of Workforce Skills Development £62,436 + Performance Related Pay

The role is responsible for leading and driving forward the transformation and growth of the college's apprenticeship and commercial operations and for managing the delivery of partner provision. Accountable for securing apprenticeship and commercial income to agreed targets and for promoting the wider services of the college through a range of employer engagement activities, business networks and other marketing events including media opportunities.

As a member of the Senior Leadership Team you will be required to manage both direct delivery and provision delivered by external partners, and work with curriculum and business support teams to maximise outcomes.
