Tradewind are looking to recruit an experienced Early Years Practitioner to work closely with and support an individual child within our clients mainstream primary school, delivering a high standard of care that meets the individual needs of the child.

This is a part-time position with permanent job a opportunity for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

To carry out the responsibilities of an Early Years Practitioner as they apply to the specific child
To promote an atmosphere of care and enthusiasm whilst providing the day to day care of the child
To develop and plan for the child's individual learning needs, in particular supporting with transitions and PSE development, encouraging ongoing support with use of Individual Educational Plans (IEP's)
To ensure that the child reaches their full potential
To support the child in accessing the whole school curriculum Skills and Knowledge:

Level 3 qualified in Childcare or equivalent
