My client a leading law based in Liverpool are currently recruiting for a Family Paralegal on a permanent basis.

The Role:

This is a permanent, full time opportunity. You will provide advice and work with clients dealing with a range of matters including divorce and separation, children and financial settlements, domestic violence and pre & post nuptial agreements.

Daily duties: Preparing bundles of documents for hearingsWorking on the Legal Aid Agency System CCMSDrafting letters and emailsTaking all new client enquiries, briefly assessing circumstances, and arranging appointmentsDrafting court applications (including divorce petitions, statements, child arrangements, non-molestation, injunctions etc.)Inputting of information on the CCMS system
