I am actively recruiting for an Operations Team manager to join a market-leading client based in Liverpool at an exciting time of growth. This is a key recruit for in my clients next phase of the transformation across the Finance Operations team. This new role will play a key part in a new project - bringing all direct debit collections/ BACS payments back-inhouse to the Operations Team. This role will play a lead as part of the project team, bringing this inhouse, however will still be required to be hands on in managing the team on a long-term basis.
