Full Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a Financial Mis-selling Solicitor to join our client, a growing law firm based in Liverpool city centre. We are currently seeking a candidate who can head up and help to grow their Mis-Sold Pension/Plevin department.

Your duties will include dealing with a range of cases including Plevin, pensions, and investment miss-selling cases from inception to completion. You will need to draft your own legal documentation, handle complex calculations on client accounts and provide concise advice to clients regarding their financial queries.
