Description

As the Group Commodity Manager - Fabrications :

Analyse the current spend portfolio and present a new global commodity strategy to support cost down, service, and innovation objectives
Build relationships with global operations to determine the most effective way of delivering value to the end users. This will include the design and engineering teams driving VA/VE activity
Review the current supply base and relationships in place, then foster positive business relationships to gain mutual wins
Stay abreast of commodity dynamics to ensure global risk is managed
Support the procurement leadership to develop the skills of the wider purchasing team, mentoring ...
