Operating System: MacOS 11.0 Big SurSo I purchased a HP DeskJet 2755 Printer today. So far we haven't made it past the set up part of our relationship. Every time I go to set up a new printer through the HP Smart App on my MacBook it quickly finds the printer and I'm able to get to the pressing the information button on the printer "for security reasons" then the apps tells me the printer was unable to connect to the wifi and so on. I have been doing this for the past hour, I have tried different wifi networks, resetting the printer (by pressing the cancel and wifi button), setting it up with my phone instead; although nothing has worked. If anyone has any tips to share that would be great.
