The Role Human Resources Employee Relations Specialist 35 Hours per week SharEd Contract Up to £37,000
We are currnetly recruiting for an HR Employee Relations Specialist to join our current well establisted HR team. This specialist role has a specific focus on achieving a positive employee relations environment. The post will be responsible for a wide variety of case work including; absence and performance management, grievances and conduct issues. The role will also support consultations in a unionised environment in terms of restructures, redundancies and varying terms and conditions of employment.
