Our client are a leading Tier 2 contractor in the Northwest who specialise in Civil Engineering and general Construction. They are looking for a Senior Commercial Manager / Head of Commercial to head up the Utilities Divison and run the Commercial Team and contracts.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage the Commercial team and reporting structure
Understand and implement the contractual requirements of all contracts and projects
Understanding of NEC and JCT contract forms
Raising of Early Warnings / Variation
Estimating and tender experience
Preparation of the weekly profit and loss forecast.
Drive value through commercial processes and implementation of contractual requirements
Produce the monthly application to the client so that they are produced on time
Preparation of cost information to support month end reporting
Preparation of cost allocation to support application for payments
