Connect legal are currently seeking a Specialist Housing Disrepair Solicitor to join their client to join their expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity: They are seeking a candidate who can head up and help to grow a flourishing Housing Disrepair department.

Main purpose and scope of the job

· Be familiar with Housing Disrepair cases ( in the UK)

· To deal with a case load of Housing Disrepair claims to ensure that all claims are up to date and progressed in the correct time frame

· Be familiar with the Civil Procedure Rules and the relevant pre action protocols

· To ensure that cases are dealt with via the courts in an efficient and competent fashion
