Our client is a large and well-established housing provider that serves customers across the North West.

They have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Housing Officer to join their Merseyside team to support the delivery of a range of housing services to their tenants and leaseholders.

Your role will include the following key responsibilities:

- Dealing with enquiries and offering advice on all aspects of housing management.
- Assisting customers with all aspects of tenancy management including dealing with the key changes that occur throughout the life of a tenancy.
- Tackling neighbour disputes and anti-social behaviour within the community.
- Undertaking appropriate tenancy enforcement action to manage any breaches of tenancy conditions.
- Working in partnership with a range of internal and external partners to support individual tenants and to improve outcomes for tenants within the wider neighbourhood.
