Position: Inbound Call Advisor

Location: Birkenhead

Hours: Between 8am-8pm weekends on a rota basis

Salary: £328.00 - £349.00 per week (Based on 40 hrs per week full time basis)

Duties

Answering incoming customer service calls from customers - where is my parcel and delivery based queries
Processing customer queries and amendments as requested
All associated back office administration duties
Handle customer enquiries via telephone /email/live chat and social media channels
Liaising with customers, internal/external departments
Manage and resolve customer complaint sand identify and escalate priority issues
Document all call information according to standard operating procedures Generic Profile

Excellent telephone manner and clear verbal communication skills
Call Centre experience advantageous and Customer Service experience preferred
Excellent grammar and punctuality
