Interim HR Manager - Human Resources / People

My client is seeking an Interim HR Manager to oversee the HR Function within a busy FMCG manufacturing site.

Daily Tasks

Responsible for implementing HR policy and procedures
Drive people adgenda and values within the business 
Reporting to the MD, as part of the SMT
Managing a team of HR Advisors, Admin and Officers
Provide accurate and timely advice and guidance to general HR matters
Recruitment & Retention
Any other project work as required
Skills:

Experienced working for a fast paced manufacturing business
CIPD qualifications (Level 5 minimum)
Proven experience in dealing with various Employee Relations cases (ER)
Benefits

Term - 3-6 months
Rate- dependant on experience
