My rapidly growing client is on the look-out for someone to head up their Internal recruitment strategy on a full-time and permanent basis. My client is a fast moving and performance-orientated business with excellent rewards.

The Opportunity: To be a part of the ongoing growth and development of the organisation, highlighting the best talent and interviewing them by phone and face to face. The role will have direct liaison with senior management across the business as well as the and the company shareholders to ensure most effective growth plan and implementation. Skills required for the role:
Hard-working and driven Confident with the ability to build rapport Ability to nurture relationships Can do attitude and ability to work to tight timescales Recruitment experience is a must (preferably within an executive search, senior level perm recruitment role, REC2REC or internal recruitment.)
