We have an exciting opportunity for a FMCG Junior Buyer to join the B&M team at the Support Centre in Speke.

We are looking for a Junior Buyer who is ambitious, driven and thrives in a fast paced environment. Reporting to the Senior Buyer you will source suppliers and negotiate the best possible terms, to ensure you are building a strong commercial range for our growing portfolio of stores.

The Key Accountabilities in the role are:
Weekly analysis of the market, reviewing both direct and indirect competitors Source and manage the product range from initial concept until completion, both from the UK and Far East sources Supplier negotiations including pack sizes, packaging, lead-times, promotions and cost prices Review sales of new and existing lines, making suggestions to senior Buyers as to how sales can be improved Work closely with the merchandiser and suppliers to ensure Critical Path is up to date Plan & Prepare with the Senior Buyer ranges for sign off wit...
