Layout Designer, Liverpool.

TSR are recruiting for a Layout Designer from a New Build Housing background to join our clients expanding North West team. They are a 5 star, top ten developer who have big plans for continued growth offering great career development and longevity.

Reporting into the Technical Manager you will be responsible for.

* Reviewing existing planning information and producing constraints and block structure plans.

* Producing drawings

* End to end planning application process

* Production of title plans / site overlays and land contracts plans

* Liaising with internal teams and external consultants

As an experienced Layout designer, you will have:

* House Building Experience

* NHBC knowledge

* CSCS card

* AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp

In return you will be joining a thriving developer, offering a salary of up to £50,000 based on experience plus car allowance and package.
