The job;
You will be responsible for the delivery of effective learning support to college students on a flexible basis. You will deliver consistently good or better teaching/ support sessions and motivate learners to raise their ambitions and realise their full potential and have experience providing emotional/ behavioural support.

The person and qualifications;
*Previous experience as Learning Support Assistant
*Previous experience as Support Worker or Personal Carer (although no personal care is required in this role)
*Experience providing emotional/ behavioural support
