The role. We have an immediate vacancy for a M&E Project Manager. Reporting to the Technical Services Manager you will be work closely with the management team to ensure the timely completion of works to quality standards and to programme. Your daily duties will include managing sub-contractors, chairing daily progress meetings, reporting on daily progress, maintaining health and safety levels and reporting and commissioning.
Your new employer is a tier 1 main contractor with sites across the UK with a portfolio of fit-out and refurbishment schemes.
What are we looking for? The successful person will be an experienced and qualified Mechanical or Electrical or M&E Site or Project Manager with extensive fit-out project management experience. You will have a strong technical knowledge of either electrical or mechanical and have experience in commissioning. You will be a confident leader who can manage large teams of sub-contractors in a challenging environment.
