MOJ Portal Fee Earner - Salary up to £25,000

Our client, a national Law firm with offices in Liverpool is looking for an experienced MOJ Portal Fee Earner to manage a caseload of Fast Track Portal RTA cases through stages 2&3 of the Portal, to include litigating to Stage 3 when appropriate.

Key Responsibilities:-
Responsible for managing a caseload of Fast Track Personal Injury RTA claims trough the MOJ process. Identify cases that have dropped out of the Portal and cases that will potentially become Multi Track or Serious Injury. It identify cases where it would be beneficial to litigate.
Experience and knowledge:-
Experience of managing a caseload of MOJ files through all 3 stages of the process. RTA experience essential. Excellent communication skills. Good strong attention to detail.
