Maintenance Person | Elderly nursing home / residential setting | Liverpool | 40 hours per week | up to £11.00 per hour | Must Drive and have own vehicle | DBS has to be taken for this role

Bradshaw Bretton are looking to speak with handy persons for a fulltime opportunity at their clients nursing and residential home which is based in Liverpool. Our client has been established in the area for over 2 decades and maintains a great reputation in the community. They are willing to pay up to £11.00 per hour for the right person.

JOB PURPOSE: To carry out day to day maintenance on the fabric of the building, its services and grounds in order to ensure that the Care Home is maintained in a safe and efficient functional order.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & QUALIFICATIONS Required:

* General maintenance knowledge / experience e.g. minor electrical, plumbing, joinery work etc

* Good communication skills

* Confident team player

* Clean driving licence
