Responsibilities:
Servicing and upkeep of Infusion products. Providing first class customer service and support face to face and over the phone when required. Providing technical support and advice on a range of products Working to ensure the timely repair of products. Assisting with the installation of new products. Work closely with the team to ensure objectives are met.
