Multi Trade Operative - Voids

A UK leading Property services partner is looking for a Multi-trader to join their ever-growing team. The successful candidate will provide planned maintenance covering kitchens and bathrooms and managing the resident expectations and ensuring a follow on service is provided

Some of the tasks/responsibilities are below:

· To receive instructions from the supervisor and carry out repairs to void properties.(Main trade and associated works)
· To achieve and demonstrate a high level of customer care
· To report to and liaise with the Supervisor to ensure efficient service delivery
· To act responsibly and be diligent in carrying out those duties

The ideal candidate will have the below specification:

Key Knowledge

Previous Social Housing experience
Various trade skills

Clean UK drivers licence

Key Experience

· Repairs and Maintenance - Voids
· Plumbing
· Carpentry
· Bricklaying...
