About The Role: Sort and distribute incoming mail in a timely manner. Prepare, scan and verify all claim forms. Prepare outgoing mail for the company and Third Party customers. Maintain accurate and up to date records of incoming and outgoing mail. Operate all mail room equipment, ensure the franking machine is in credit and ensure your Team Leader is aware of any equipment failure. Scan and, as required, prepare documentation for scanning. Ensure all claim filing is kept up to date. Unload deliveries into cages, transport to department and stack contents in Storeroom Utilise Excel spread sheets to enter data and use company computer system to print off policy packs, extract and cancellation letters...
