An exciting opportunity has arisen in Bootle, Merseyside for a PFI Quality / Document Controller (Private Finance Initiative). This is a contract role expected to last for a minimum of 6 months.

The successful PFI Quality / Document Controller candidate will review the existing PFI contract (16 years since inception) in order to refine reporting, bring O&M's (Operation & Maintenance) up to standard and identify potential audit observations from external auditing sources that may result in penalties.
Work from 'as fitted' drawings and compare against latest drawings to compile variations list and ensure all drawings to latest revision.

§ Review the PFI contract in detail to understand requirements and potential penalties for external audit non-conformance
