NonStop Care are working with a well known authority in the North West to find an Approved Mental Health Professional (AMHP) to join their AMHP hub Monday to Friday. The hub is a highly experienced AMHP team who focus solely on the completion of Mental Health Act assessments within the community, meaning there is no case holding or care coordination involved. This is great opportunity for experienced AMHPs to join a successful team with a fantastic working environment.

Responsibilities of the role;

Respond to referrals from the public & other professionals
Complete MHA assessments based on these referrals
Detain service users under the MHA if necessary
Work with other professionals including police and health Requirements of the role;

AMHP qualification and 3+ years experience
Enhanced DBS
2+ years professional references
