My client, a highly well regarding and Legal 500 law firm are looking for an ambitious Property Solicitor to work in their Real Estate department.

This role is based at this firms central Liverpool office, although flexible home working is available.

The role will involve assisting in the acquisition and disposal of sites for the purposes of residential development. Working on the site set up of residential development schemes and drafting documentation, assisting with infrastructure and planning agreements, as well as residential investment acquisitions and disposals in addition to Managing a caseload of ground rent acquisitions.

My client feels this role would suit a Commercial Property Solicitor around 2-4yrs PQE but will consider candidates outside this level. Experience in or a desire to work in Residential Development is essential.
