Project Manager

Our client are one of the UK's largest privately-owned construction & property developers predominantly operating across the residential, commercial and hospitality sectors. They have a requirement for a Project Manager to deliver a large £50m multi-use mixed development project in Liverpool.

Duties to include:

· Help oversee project from inception through to completion

· Ensure works are completed to current building regulations and H&S compliant

· Construction programme updates as and when required

· Weekly client/project team meetings

· Liaise with Clients/Site Teams & Subcontractors

· Budget management and controlling project costs
