On behalf of my client we are recruiting for a Children's Home Manager for the Liverpool area. This is a 3 bedded EBD home. You will manage and assure the smooth running of and co-ordinate the child care services of a designated residential home in conjunction with current legislation, regulations, standards and the company's policies and procedures.

You must have your QCF Level 5 in children and young adults and have previous managerial experience within a Children's home.

You will Co-ordinate and manage the general duties of Residential and other staff within the home. Delegate duties and tasks as appropriate to the current staffing, residents' numbers and circumstances. In conjunction with the RI ensure that designated home is adequately covered by rota.
