We are looking for a hard-working dedicated Registered Manager, to work in a 1 bed children's residential home. The young people are between the ages of 10 and 17, who may have EBD and LD. As part of a valued team you provide a nurturing and homely environment for the young people to thrive. You will be expected to set boundaries, lead by example and support the young people as much as possible, to ensure their transition to adulthood is the best it can be.

The role can be challenging, but also massively rewarding. You will receive first class training and will be enrolled on a Level 5 Diploma, Children, Young People and Families Manager if you do not already hold this qualification. You will be working within an established and experienced team who will make you feel welcome and supported.
