This role is a national role covering homes within our North West, South West and South Wales portfolio.

About You

For you, that will mean running an entire home when a Home Manager is absent or we're recruiting for a new one. Every home has performance targets, so, whichever you're working in, you'll go all out to make sure it meets them.
