I am recruiting Team Leaders to work in a Children's Residential Setting for a company based in St Helens and Widnes. I am looking for hard working dedicated Senior Residential Support Workers who are ready to step up into a Team Leader Role or existing Team Leaders looking for a new challenge. If you are ready to take the next step and move into a Team Leader Role in a Residential Children's home then I have a number of positions in and around Merseyside and Cheshire. The young people are between the ages of 8 and 17, who may have EBD and LD. As a Team Leader in a Residential Children's home you will be part of a valued team to provide a nurturing and homely environment for the young people to thrive. You will be expected to set boundaries, lead by example and support the young people as much as possible, to ensure their transition to adulthood is the best it can be.
