The Client:

My client is a long established St. Helens law firm with the CQS accreditation. They have a large private client base and a significant amount of conveyancing work.

The Position:

The role as a Residential Conveyancer will include buying and selling property (including flats), freehold and leasehold, transfers of equity and re-mortgages.

The position is on a full time, permanent basis and is suitable for applications from solicitors, legal executives (fellows or members), licensed conveyancers and experienced paralegal conveyancers.
