Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant - Year 1 Class

Salary / Rate: £63.00 - £72.00

Location: L8 Area

A Primary School in the Liverpool area is looking for a KS1 SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team on a temporary basis, starting ASAP

You will be working on a 1-2-1 basis with a child who has ASD and will need support with their speech & language. You will work with the speech therapist and implement new strategies to build the confidence with the child and enrich their learning and development

The school has just received funding to support the child and has resources and strategies in place and have a supportive inclusion team

This post will be until July 2021 and then reviewed to continue into Sep 2021 onwards

You will work in a Year 1 class with the other Teaching Assistant and class teacher to create a calm, nurturing environment and create a tailored learning approach to help development of the pupils
