An established IT Support services company are now looking for a new IT Support Engineer to join their team to provide technical support to primary and secondary schools in in the Liverpool area. You will be responsible for a group of allocated schools.

You must have strong oral and written communication skills alongside strong technical knowledge. Any experience working in the education sector is EXTREMELY BENEFICIAL!

The role will incorporate providing both remote and on-site support in a Windows environment, managing wireless infrastructures, equipment builds, maintaining networks and managing the online help desk.

Key Skills:
Maintain Windows 2012/2016 servers and Windows 7/10 Networks
Skills with Microsoft Exchange administration
