THE JOB.
My client is looking to add to their already successful team a Senior Care Assistant. You will be required to lead a team of carers in a nursing home or residential home setting, and previous experience of this is preferred. You are able to pass your knowledge to those in your team. This will be a temporary to permanent role, enabling the client and yourself to get to know each other in the working environment. The client is well known for their compassion, and enthusiasm to provide the best care possible.
HOURS.
As a Senior Care Assistant, they need you to be flexible, in order to give maximum support to the home. So your flexibility towards your working hours is of paramount importance.
TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS.
You need to have NVQ 3 or equivalent. Mandatory training subjects need to be up to date. Experience of computerised care plans would be an advantage.
TRANSPORT.
The home is easily accessible by public transport.
An enhanced DBS is required
