TSR have partnered with an established and reputable Housing Developer based in Liverpool who are seeking a Senior Layout Designer.

Our client is a Housing Developer and this role will have emphasis on the residential housing sector, so previous experience is essential

Ideally, you will have a minimum of 5 years' post qualification experience:

As a Senior Layout Designer you will:

* Review existing planning information and producing constraints and block structure plans.

* Produce drawings

* End to end planning application process

* Produce title plans / site overlays and land contracts plans

* Liaise with internal teams and external consultants
