Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting for a part time Senior Personnel Officer on behalf of Sefton Council, this role will be working from home.

This role is working 18 hours per week and flexible working is needed to support the needs of the service. This role is initially on a 6 month basis to be reviewed for extension following this time and the ideal candidate should be CIPD qualified and have thorough knowledge of employment legislation.

Essential criteria:
- Candidates must be CIPD qualified.
- Candidates should have thorough knowledge of employment legislation and dealing with complex employment matters and negotiating with trade unions.
- Knowledge of Local Government Conditions of Service and/or Teacher Pay and Conditions is desirable.
- The ideal candidate should be motivated and a self starter who can come in and hit the ground running, providing schools with essential support.
