Your new roleAs IT Service Desk Support, you will work collaboratively with your team in answering and responding to all incoming calls. You will be responsible for logging detailed tickets, following knowledge-based documentation to support your resolution steps, and escalate issues to senior team members when necessary. You will ensure all calls are handled with a customer centric approach and within a timely manner to ensure agreed SLA's are met.
