Service Desk Manager
A long term client of Koala Talent are currently looking for a Service Desk Manager to work from the Liverpool based office.
Reporting to the Head of IT Operations the Service Desk Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of technical support team as well as participating as an active member of the IT Operations team.
The Service Desk Manager will be actively providing direct supervision of technical support staff, supporting end users, liaise with 3rd party software, hardware and support services.
This Service Desk Manager role requires someone who has experience of ITIL working practices, knowledge of monitoring systems such as Nagios and take on system administration duties inclusive of Windows, Mac & Linux.
