Our client are a privately owned Merseyside construction company with an excellent reputation which has been built up over decades of delivering quality projects across various sectors including education, residential, health, commercial and industrial with values ranging from £50k-£5m.

They have an immediate requirement for a Site Manager to oversee a £750k refurbishment of a commercial listed building on the outskirts of Liverpool, works will involve an internal and external refurbishment over a 16-week programme.

Duties to include:
*Managing sub-contractors
*Ensuring health and safety regulations are adhered to
*Ensuring project runs on schedule and to budget
*Ensure works carried out are to the required standards
