Our client is looking to attract an experienced Paralegal to join an award-winning legal business in Liverpool.

Within the motor small claims team, you would deal with the defence of a wide range of claims deriving from road traffic accidents, as a result of which someone has incurred a loss. You would also deal with stage 3 MOJ portal claims and Infant approval cases.

In order to be placed within the small claims track and hence be allocated to a paralegal within the small claims team, this loss must be valued at £10,000.00 or less and must not include a personal injury claim for more than £1,000.00.

You would deal with mainly liability disputed matters however occasionally liability will be admitted and the only ongoing dispute will be with regards to quantum.
