Penguin Recruitment are delighted to be working with a Property Management company on their journey to find a Sustainability Consultant to join their team in Liverpool.

This consultancy offers BREEAM, SBEM and SAP and are looking for a candidate they can train up in these areas.

What you will need:

1 in a relevant degree or equivalent experience
Two years' experience within the Sustainability field
Knowledge of BREEAM, SBEM and/or SAP (even without the accreditations)
Confidence to speak with clients
Ability to work alone and in a team
A good sense of humour
